Absolutely. All sessions welcome complete beginners. Our coaches work with every ability level and will make sure your child feels comfortable from day one.

Comfortable sports kit, non-marking indoor trainers, a water bottle, and plenty of energy. No basketball or specialist equipment needed — we have everything at the venue.
Yes — we run dedicated girls-only sessions as part of our Eagles Girls Programme, and girls are also welcome in all mixed sessions. Visit our Sessions page for more.
Session fees vary by age group and are shown on the Class for Kids platform. Sibling discounts are available. If cost is a barrier, contact us — we believe every child deserves to play.
