The founder of Spelthorne Eagles. 23+ years of elite coaching, a National League Div 1 playing career, and one philosophy — build the character, then build the player. Under his watch, players have reached national pathways and international programmes.

Janet Byrne
Former Ireland U20 Captain with 14 years of teaching experience. Janet brings the same elite standards she competed at to our U6 and U10 foundation groups.
Rhiannon Llewellyn-Omirin
Former county athlete and Assistant Headteacher. Rhiannon drives the club’s strategic growth and makes sure every family’s experience is seamless from day one.
Noel Santos
National title winner with East London Royals, and a veteran of BUCS, Surrey and the Kampi League. Now a Head of PE with 10+ years’ experience, Noel leads our media production and provides coaching and refereeing support on court.

The architect of first impressions. Jamie makes sure our youngest Eagles build the right habits and a love for the game that lasts a lifetime.
Jessy Conflon
Twenty years on the court and still hungry. Completing her Level 2 qualification, Jessy channels that experience into growing players’ skill, confidence and teamwork.
Fernando Angulo-Arguedas
From U12s to semi-pro seniors, Fernando has coached at every level. His one-on-one performance work helps individual athletes unlock their ceiling, whatever that looks like.
